What are we looking for?

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative AI Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI systems to automate receipt information extraction and interaction with web-based interfaces. This position is critical for creating intelligent solutions that can process and interpret image data, navigate websites, and perform automated data entry based on prompts.

What will you be doing?

• Design and implement machine learning models to extract structured data from receipt images (e.g., merchant name, date, total amount, etc.).
• Develop algorithms for Optical Character Recognition (OCR) to accurately recognize and parse text from images.
• Build systems that can autonomously interact with websites, including locating and inputting data into web forms.
• Integrate AI and automation components into robust, scalable, and secure workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI solutions with business objectives.
• Continuously evaluate and improve model performance using feedback and new data.
• Document system architecture, design decisions, and usage instructions.

Who are you?

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience with machine learning and LLM frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain).
• Understanding of LLM agent patterns and architectures.
• Strong understanding of OCR technologies and cloud services like DocumentAI and AWS Textract.
• Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) for text extraction and analysis.
• Knowledge of web automation tools such as Selenium, Puppeteer, or Playwright.
• Familiarity with web scraping and interaction libraries like BeautifulSoup or Scrapy.
